How can I try your service?
Send an e-mail to , and we will get back to you with the necessary details you may require for initiating a trial.
How do I get my dictation to you?
You can upload those dictations onto a secure FTP.
We could also provide you with a toll-free number for you to leave the recordings.
Do you charge for trials? Do I need to continue after trials?
We provide a free trial service for 3 days (or 1000 lines, whichever is earlier). If you are unhappy with our services, you may wish to discontinue at any time after the trials.
How is my dictation processed?
We create a pool of transcriptionists and proofers for every account. Once we start, the designated transcriptionists and proofers will process your files and they are uploaded back to the desired location.
What turnaround times do you offer?
Generally its 12 to 24 hours, some clients even allow 48 hours. We also work on STATs which is about 4 hours.
What if I dictate over the weekend?
Weekend dictations would be processed and be available to you by your Monday morning. However if you wish to receive them back the same day itself, we can arrange to have them processed.
How do I get in touch with you?

What payment methods are available?
You can mail a check, bank draft or initiate a wire transfer. Billing is monthly.
How will I know what the charges are?
We will send our invoice at the end of every month. Date-wise line count details will be submitted along with the invoice.
How much does the service cost? Are there any other fees?
Our charges vary based on a number of factors like volume, source of work, TAT, channel of sending dictations & receiving transcriptions, difficulty level of the dictator, and the voice quality. It ranges from 6-12 cents per line. There are no other fees.
What constitutes a line?
Standard Line: We count 65 characters as a line, where a character is defined as any letter, number or symbol including the spacing.
How do I receive my transcriptions?
You can select one or more of these options

» FTP site
» By fax
How long do you store my transcription?
We store our client's transcription for at least 1 year to provide them with additional backup and support for their records. If requested, we will maintain them longer. Our active clients can request reprints, retransmission of specific documents without any extra charge.
What about the security/privacy of patient information?
We are very particular about the privacy of healthcare information. We periodically educate our staff on the importance of maintaining confidentiality of patient records. All our staff sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. We also destroy old demographic information and move old records to a secure location for future references. We immediately destroy reports/information pertaining to clients with whom we no longer work.
How do you ensure security if the work is done in India?
We have our office in the US and any contracts can be signed with our US office. With the advent of internet the transcription for the most part happens virtually. We have been working for North American clients for the last six years and our clients have never faced any security issues until now.
Can you accept and handle overflow? Occasional and small volumes?
Most definitely. We started off with some of our clients just helping them with overflows and vacation coverage. Today we are their exclusive vendors.
