Intelliscript has taken all measures to protect and maintain confidentiality of healthcare information. The transcription team and all the staff involved in the transcription process are periodically counseled on the criticality of the subject. Every member directly or indirectly associated with the transcription process signs an NDA. The company believes that the periodic discussion with the team on the subject of confidentiality and its maintenance has a far greater influence than just signing up agreements with them.
Access to client servers is strictly limited to authorized personnel only. None of our computers have detachable drives thereby eliminating the possibility of indiscriminate data transfer. Internet is available on a limited basis to aid the team only for reference purposes. We discourage our staff from using email services within the transcription environment.
A secure FTP program is used for transferring files and we do not resort to any mailing of healthcare documents unless requested by the client.
