At Intelliscript-Transcription, we have a unique approach to quality deliverables. We extensively train our transcriptionists over a long period of time and they are constantly mentored to reach deliverable standards thus equipping them to sign off reports themselves without any further review. We use the same pool of MTs on a few accounts and the prolonged exposure enables them to reach perfection. Consequently, we save considerable time and thus ensure maintenance of TAT consistently. Even some of our proofers type the reports and deliver directly, but we are cautious enough to involve additional levels of proofing as warranted, and some of our accounts have always had the need to go past two and sometimes three levels of review before being uploaded. So in short we are very cautious yet very smart in our work execution.
Most of our other clients are believed to simply upload the transcriptions to the doctors' offices without having the need to do anything further.
The Intelliscript team is advised to time stamp any blanks or flag any report that needs their attention. That way we save considerable time for our transcription partners ensuring they just focus on their work alone and not waste time reviewing the transcriptions in great detail.
