Our Medical Transcription services are HIPAA compliant, quality controlled, inexpensive, and secured.
Our current accounts cover Urology, Cardiology, Pain medicine, Orthopedics, Ob-Gyn, Internal Medicine/Family Practice, Surgery, etc. Our team is well versed in handling all types of reports including surgery notes, office notes, consultations, discharge summaries, IME’s, PPD evaluation, letters, various types of Cardiac studies like Doppler's, EKG, etc. enabling the team to grasp any new account with the greatest ease.
Our MTs are encouraged to reach 100% accuracy levels and all support and help is provided to them so that they can reach that goal.
At Intelliscript-Transcription, transcribed documents go through a two-tiered process, with a third level available where a recheck is necessary by a senior QA.
Every effort is made to see that quality is maintained throughout the transcription and proofing process and this system has been put in place so that every document that is uploaded to the client can be more than 98% accurate.
Our dedication in observing strict discipline with regard to the two most critical areas in MT – Quality and Turnaround time – is very strong. At Intelliscript-Transcription, the importance of proper patient care documentation is clearly understood.
