Quality Audit is a routine process at Intelliscript where prior transcriptions are picked randomly and reviewed word to word to check for any inconsistencies. Erring MTs are warned and written explanation is sought from the proofer in question if any major issues are detected in the process.
One of our clients routinely reviews our transcriptions randomly and publishes the accuracy onto their website. We have been consistently maintaining a monthly accuracy of 99.3% over the last six years of our association with them.
