Intelliscript provides a proof-reading service of transcripts generated out of a speech recognition software, as well as for those clients requiring both initial or additional checking of an already completed transcript.
If you are making use of speech recognition software to type your correspondence or reports, you may wish to have these documents checked, especially given the not-so-perfect standard of speech recognition. We will proof-read the document for you and make the required changes with respect to spelling, punctuation and grammar. If required, we will make use of the "Track Changes" function in MS Word so that you may approve of the changes before finalising your document.
This is a particularly useful service for someone who generates a large amount of correspondence on a regular basis and just does not have the time to check all the documentation themselves. You can merely use your speech recognition to "type" up a rough draft of any document. We will then proof-read and format the document as per your requirements.
