On the production front, we don't boast of multiple levels of quality assurance. We believe that would be unnecessary and unviable given the tight margins that one operates on in this industry. Instead we invest heavily in identifying the best workforce and train them adequately to be in a position to handle accounts independently. We therefore eliminate unwarranted quality levels which simply adds to the cost without a real need. This method enables the team to deliver more without compromising on quality. We have quality checks only on specific accounts that warrant at least 2 levels of proofing.
In addition to all this, our senior account managers do random quality audits on the accounts to ensure there is quality work being delivered consistently. One of our clients as a standard procedure randomly reviews our work on specific accounts word-to-word and a filewise accuracy is published on their website. Not to boast, we have maintained a monthly average of over 99.3% consistently over the last 6 years of our association with them. The last several months we have been maintaining over 99.5% despite the volumes having tripled with this particular client over the last 4 years.
