Access to removable storage device and printing devices is not allowed on production floor, similarly the internet access is limited and audit logged to maintain document security.
We provide access to our FTP server for clients who wish to send us digital media files for transcription. We provide you with a link, username, and password, which allows you to easy transfer large media files to us 24/7, 365 days a year.
If your digitally recorded content required is sensitive in nature, we offer private FTP accounts for a small additional charge.
